Program description
Axis Software, Inc. provides building-management software that lets property teams send and receive text messages with tenants and vendors — for example, maintenance and work-order updates, appointment and access coordination, and account notifications. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature and are tied to the property or service relationship you have with the building.
How you opt in
You provide consent to receive SMS messages when you:
- Provide your mobile number to your property manager or building team and agree to receive text updates;
- Text the building's Axis number first to start a conversation; or
- Opt in through a form or portal that references these messaging terms.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of your tenancy. Your mobile information is used only to deliver and support the messaging described here.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the activity at your building — for example, replies to your requests and updates on open work orders. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Axis does not charge you for receiving these messages.
Opting out — reply STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive automated text messages. To resume, reply START. Opting out of texts may limit your ability to receive timely building and maintenance updates by SMS.

Privacy
Information collected through SMS — including your phone number and message content — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to deliver and support the messaging service and as otherwise described there.
