SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

What you're consenting to

Axis offers SMS-based communication that lets tenants, building engineers, and property managers submit work orders, receive status notifications, and communicate with their property management team by text message, including conversations with Cipher, our AI assistant. SMS access is provisioned by your property manager or building administrator. By providing your phone number for SMS enrollment, you consent to receive text messages from Axis related to your property management relationship.

Message types

• Transactional: Work order confirmations and status updates, property notices, booking confirmations, and service communications.
• Conversational: Two-way threads with Cipher and your property management team: reporting issues, checking status, adding photos to a work order, or booking shared spaces.

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages via SMS.

Frequency

Message frequency varies by your role and the activity at your property. Most tenants receive only a handful of messages per week. Engineers and property managers may receive more, reflecting work order volume. Conversation sessions expire automatically after 4 hours of inactivity.

Reply with any of the following keywords to stop receiving SMS from Axis:

You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent to your number. To re-enable SMS access, contact your property manager.

Carriers

Axis SMS is delivered via Twilio. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing. Your number is used solely to deliver the messages described above. Messages you send, including work order content and photos, are stored as part of your property's records and may be processed by our AI assistant to handle your request.
