SMS & messaging
The Services let you exchange text messages with tenants and vendors. Mobile information collected for SMS is used to deliver and support those messages and is handled per our SMS Consent terms. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Axis Software, Inc. related to property management services, including work order updates, maintenance notifications, and account communications. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
